1. Program Enrollment
Before enrolling in our weight loss programs, all prospective clients must participate in a complimentary discovery call. This call helps us determine if our practice is the right fit for you and your goals.
If our practice aligns with your needs, you will be scheduled for a 45-minute onboarding call. During this call, we will finalize your enrollment, discuss the program details, and schedule all necessary appointments.
2. Payment Process
Payment in full is required on the day of the onboarding call. Payments are processed over the phone during this call. We accept credit and debit card payments. Please have your payment information ready at that time. Your enrollment will be confirmed once the payment is completed.
3. Appointment Scheduling
All appointments for virtual consultations and sessions will be scheduled during your onboarding call. Any changes to scheduled appointments must be made by contacting us directly.
4. Program Materials
Once payment is completed, all necessary program materials, including guides, supplements, or other resources, will be sent to you electronically or by mail, depending on the program requirements.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the comprehensive nature of our onboarding process, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. Once you complete the onboarding call, your payment is non-refundable and your enrollment is final.
6. Fulfillment of Services
We are committed to delivering exceptional service and results. All virtual sessions, consultations, and services will be provided as scheduled. If any changes are necessary, we will notify you promptly and arrange alternative appointments.
