Enrollment: By completing enrollment and payment, you are entering into a wellness coaching relationship with M. Todd Wilson and the Weight Loss 3D™ team — an educational, non-clinical, accountability-based program.
Refund Policy: When you enroll in Weight Loss 3D™, you receive immediate access to proprietary program materials, coaching resources, and our complete methodology. Because this intellectual property is delivered digitally and cannot be returned, all enrollments are final and no refunds are issued. We want this to be the right decision for you — if you have questions before enrolling, our team is available to help you make a confident, informed choice. We'd rather have that conversation up front.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via Stripe, Affirm financing, and other payment processors displayed at checkout.
Financing: Affirm financing options may be available. Affirm is a third-party service; financing terms and fees are set by Affirm, not Weight Loss 3D™. For financing-related questions, contact Affirm directly.
By enrolling, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Weight Loss 3D™ at the phone number you provide. Standard text message rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS marketing anytime by replying STOP to any message. We will honor STOP requests within 24 hours. You may still receive transactional SMS related to your appointment or program access.
Program pricing is displayed on our website and during checkout. Prices are subject to change. You will always see your final cost before confirming payment.

All content on the Weight Loss 3D™ website and platforms — including text, graphics, coaching materials, meal plans, and proprietary systems — is owned by Weight Loss 3D™ or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission.
Your coaching materials are provided for your personal wellness use only. Sharing them with others or using them commercially is not permitted.
Weight Loss 3D™ provides educational wellness coaching and lifestyle guidance only. M. Todd Wilson is not currently practicing as a licensed healthcare professional. This Program is not medical practice, does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and does not replace your medical care.
We encourage you to consult with your physician before beginning — particularly if you have an existing health condition, take prescription medications, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of disordered eating. Coaching includes wellness education, metabolic health guidance, meal planning, and lifestyle strategies. It does not include diagnosis, medical treatment, or disease management.

No Emergency Service: This Program is not an emergency service. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Individual Results Vary: Weight loss and health outcomes depend on many factors, including genetics, effort, diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and overall health. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for listening to your body, working within your limits, and seeking appropriate medical care when needed.

Weight Loss 3D™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to our website. Continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Weight Loss 3D™ may suspend or terminate your access to the Program at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, access to Program materials and services will be removed. Refunds are not provided upon termination.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or performance. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Weight Loss 3D™ and all Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Franklin County, Ohio. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Program Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Weight Loss 3D™ regarding the Program. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
